Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing SMS credits or using the Tecnova Digital Smart School Safety System.

Important Notice

SMS credits are non-refundable once processed through telecom operators. Delivery depends on third-party mobile networks. By using this platform, the school accepts the limitations described below.

Section 1

SMS Service Charges

SMS notifications are charged at ₱1.25 per SMS.
Charges apply to all successfully processed SMS requests.
SMS credits are non-refundable once processed through telecom operators.

Section 2

Telecom Carrier Disclaimer

SMS delivery depends on third-party telecom operators and mobile networks.
Delays, interruptions, failed delivery, signal issues, maintenance, or telecom outages may occasionally occur.
Tecnova Digital does not guarantee 100% SMS delivery due to factors outside the company's control.
Rare delivery failures or delays caused by telecom providers are not refundable because telecom operators still charge the company for message processing.
These issues are uncommon but technically possible.

Section 3

School Responsibility

The school is fully responsible for monitoring and managing its platform, student data, attendance records, devices, and administrator access.
The school is responsible for maintaining accurate parent mobile numbers and student information.
The school must regularly supervise attendance activities and system usage.
Tecnova Digital is not responsible for incorrect information entered by school administrators.

Section 4

System Availability

Tecnova Digital will make reasonable efforts to maintain stable and continuous service.
Temporary maintenance, updates, internet interruptions, power failures, or third-party outages may affect service availability.

Section 5

Limitation of Liability

Tecnova Digital shall not be held liable for indirect damages, missed attendance records caused by external technical failures, telecom issues, internet outages, misuse of the platform, or unauthorized access caused by the school's negligence.
The platform is an assistance and monitoring tool and does not replace school supervision responsibilities.

Section 6

Data & Privacy

Student and parent data are handled confidentially.
Schools are responsible for obtaining proper parental consent where required.

Section 7

Acceptance

By using the platform, the school agrees to all terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
